You Had a Birthday shout HOORAY!!!

So Carter turned 2 last week. We aren't big birthday party kind of people so we just went out to dinner, opened presents, and ate cake/ice cream as a family.

 

I can't believe how big he is.  He is so independent and is 100% boy.  It always surprises me how much he is learning and how quickly he learns new words.  He's funny and knows that he's funny which is trouble.  If he's trying to get your attention, he will yell your name/title until you say "What?"  He loves to go to the park and loves to play with his cars, trucks, tractors, and farm toys.   He also loves to beat up his big sister and does so on a regular basis.

Carter is also very caring and lovey and considerate.  If anybody ever coughs, sneezes, or yawns; he quickly asks "you okay?"  He gives several hugs and kisses (on both cheeks) every day.  He is also extremely friendly in that when we go to the store, or pretty much anywhere in public, he randomly tells people "HI" and if they don't respond to him he will yell 'HI' until they do or we are far enough away. I think he'll be a great missionary someday.  I love my little boy so much and we can't picture our family without him.  LOVE YOU CARTER!
